Data Manipulation and Modelling with Clementine

This two-day course is designed for existing users of Clementine interested in improving their data preparation and modelling skills. A brief account of Text Mining is also provided.

Prerequisites

  • Basic proficiency in Clementine (at the level of the Introduction to Clementine course).

Overview

This course shows how you can manipulate and transform data, and how this facilitates building and scoring predictive models. The course also uses established data preparation techniques to very briefly illustrate the use of the Text Mining for Clementine add-on product.  The course encompasses a clear definition and account of data mining methodology. The CRISP-DM data mining process is reviewed, and both automation and deployment options are discussed.
