This two-day course will show you ways of manipulating your data that you always hoped were possible.

Prerequisites

• Experience with running software in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of the basics of SPSS equivalent to the level of the Introduction to SPSS course

Overview

This course will show you how to automate your work, manipulate your data files and results and send your output to other Windows applications. You will learn how to merge data sets, aggregate data, handle dates and string variables and customize the look of your graphs.

• Data selection, split files, compute and recode statements

• ChartLooks and templates
• Editing pivot tables
