Position Qualifications
An accomplished software solution sales executive with at least 5-10
years of experience, ideally
Proven in a similar challenge of working large organisations to quickly
develop tactical +250k€ deals that will form the basis for an enterprise
wide relationship in the medium / long term.
Good understanding of analytics solutions (e.g. predictive analytics,
business intelligence, data mining, CRM analytics, consumer insight applications
etc) and proven capability of presenting such a vision at board level.
Some time spent working for enterprise solutions company such as Siebel,
SAP, Oracle, SAS but also a proven capability to deliver in a mid-range
NASDAQ company or successful private company.
Proven ability to understand the problems of and sell visionary solutions
to senior line of business directors (Marketing, Finance, Sales, CIO and
CEO) at Blue chip companies - becoming their trusted advisor (with
customer references to back this up).
A user of structured sales methodology and with the ability to use
CRM / Sales Force Automation system.
But still having a good “hunting” mentality.
A good communicator with their manager with respect to sales opportunity
analysis, accurate, timely forecasting and collaborating with other team
members.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
