Financiera Familiar reduces late payments and loan defaults with SPSS
Paraguay's Financiera Familiar wanted to improve the profitability of its loans. Using SPSS for Windows and the SPSS Regression Models� add-on module, the bank developed a credit-scoring system that has resulted in a five-percent decrease in the number of late payments, and a 35-percent reduction in annual loan default loss.
