Dow Benelux reduces absenteeism and improves employee well-being
Dow Benelux is the largest Dow Chemical Company plant outside the U.S., with more than 2,100 employees. To maintain good working conditions and reduce absenteeism, the plant's internal Health Service uses an SPSS survey research application to evaluate and report on employee satisfaction at individual, organizational, and local levels.
